JTP - Episode 73- What May Seem Minor May Actually Be Major

In Episode 73 JTP explores the process of introducing information about an informant’s character. Informant John Pennisi is focused on and how relevant character defining traits were a topic of exploration for trials. Understand the process of admitting background information prior to trial allowing the defense the ability to expose character. The defendants often have their past and reputation analyzed during proceedings, it would only seem fair that those testifying are subject to the same scrutiny. However, that is not how it always goes. Episode 73 also concentrates on the many areas defendants, defense team and supporters can entertain in order to exhaust efforts in gaining a fair trial.
